we're complete this Christmas in SG =)

my fam is still in SG right now... i envy them coz they're together... and i'll be alone for the New Year... =(

mum and dad had a blast in SG... but that's of course at the expense of their tired butts... hehehehe...

baby sis is trying out this new smile that i couldn't understand... with mouth closed and no teeth shown... we're trying those out in some pics as well... hahaha... but we juz couldn't seem to muster it... she does it sooo ummm... perfectly? though... closed mouth and all... hehehe...

ate rochie is kinda stressed with all the planning on where to take the fam in SG where there is minimal walking... hahaha! but good job, sis... =)

ate betsky is enjoying her pictorials with bea... hahaha... this is her second time already there... she went there last August but she wuz a good sport and went back with the entire fam... hopefully she enjoyed this SG vacation more than she did with her last trip... with the fam complete and all... hehehe...
and with all these pics... as much as i would wanna post them here... i can't due to minimal space... and slideshows just aren't enough sometimes...

maybe i should create an online album, too? hmmm... waddayathink of facebook?

around SG with mami chai and uncle bobby

mami chai wuz here in Singapore for a week or so... we took her on a little tour on the places we've been to around SG... we were able to cover Vivo City in Harbourfront, then to the CityHall area, Chinatown, Clark Quay and Orchard Road... all in one day!!! =D ...but her wobbling knees and tired feet gave up on her before we could even reach the epitome of SG --- the Merlion.
...and i wuz thinking, "but no SG-tour is complete without seeing the Merlion?!" ...but mummy chai wuz already complaining how Ate and i made her walk from Chinatown to Clark Quay then to Somerset... hehehe... that's 3 MRT stations covered!!! thus, we just allowed her to retire for the day... there's always tomorrow. =)

...then uncle bobby took me and mami chai out to chill at the "Clinic" a couple of nights after... i meant "clinic" not in medical terms, silly... it's a name of a bar in Clark Quay... we didn't get to have the alcohol-in-an-IV drink since twuz beyond our (erm.. rather, uncle bobby's.. hehehe..) budget.

i wuz home alone last weekend... ate and kuya paui went to Bangkok to attend their friend's wedding... being that... i wuz feelin' kinda rebellious and did the one thing that my elder sis purposely told me NOT to do... hehehe... =D

ryan and i went to Plaza Singapura and had a single serving each... i've never heard of such till sis told me 'bout it... i knew twuz in Plaza Sing... we juz needed to figure out which stall has it... hehehe... we went around their foodcourt kinda thing till we finally found the right spot!!! and the verdict??? HEAVEN. for a chocolate luverrr like me --- twuz pure ecstasy. i think i juz found heaven on earth... hahaha!!!

and now that ate betsky is here... i have to let her taste a little piece of that heaven i discovered, right?!? i ain't selfish so i gotta share my oh-so-heaven-like indulgence!!! hehehe... so i'm having another batch of fried Mars bars this come Monday with ate beth, of course... then when baby sis arrives... i'm going to let her taste it too... and i can't let her eat alone... so i'd have to have one as well... and before i leave for Maldives... i gotta remember how it tastes... so i have to go back to Plaza Sing... hmmm... and then there's mummy and daddy... i gotta let 'em try it... and as family, we have to share that 'nirvana moment' when our mouths touch the soft and sweet fried Mars...

i spoke with Daniela, the Business Director of Atoll Paradise, the other day... and she sounded pretty ok... she seemed to like me... or so i hope... and the phone interview went really well... so, ate roch and i did a little google earth... (hehehe... lingaw man diay ang google earth, andz, sah? hehe...) and i realized this....

Male, its capital, is really small... it's waaaayy smaller than those tiny dots visible on the picture above... i did some research in Google and found out that you can actually go around the entire island-city in an hour?!?? hahahaha... yup... that's the sorta place i'm gonna be in a month from now... i'm understandably excited and scared at the same time!!

i received yet another call from Anu... she's the assistant to the CEO... she wants me there in less than a month?!? i'm still trying to haggle my departure date as of the moment... this is really scary... December 10 is just too fast... and everything would seem to be in a blur... and i don't want to waste the opportunity to spend Christmas with my family here in Singapore! it'd be our first time to spend the holidays outside of Pinas... and i want to be a part of it... i hope Atoll's management will give in and let me fly there after Christmas instead...

i got the questionnaire from Anu last night... and i spent the whole day today answering those rhetorical 'describe yourself' kinda questions... answering them wasn't exactly a breeze as i expected it to be... and i thought it'd be easy! apparently NOT... at least for me... but i actually had fun answering the questionnaire... especially since the questions were on one of my fave topics to date: TRAVEL.
