Shattered pieces
Yet in confusing unity
Is in essence something beautiful

But you believe

Loneliness was just a phase
A state of mind
but it was there
I remained firm
I believed in something greater

To care so deep…
to feel so much …
to love…
a face unknown
once a mystery kept
in the boundaries of heaven

I need not listen to the music alone.

Loving
Loving that someone
But for reasons greater,
the Satellite refuses
the Satellite controls

the paths intercepted
only to fork once again
but with Divinity
in all its glory
the Face is revealed
I look up
The sun’s warmth
Showers on my face
And the cool night
No longer embraces my flesh

I look ahead
I see the horizon
I look beyond
In the Satellite
In Him
In love
In You
I believe

but someone has given the poem its essence and meaning...
you know that lightness in your chest that you get each time you see him... or that sweet twist in your stomach you get at just the thought of seeing him... or when he's not at his best but you just feel your heart leap each time you hear from him or think of him... it's that feeling of making you want to cry coz you've been a cynic of love stories and fairytales for so long and could never imagine it happening to you...
well... it has happened... it's not a fairytale... but it's by far better than a fairytale...
yes, folks... i'm genuinely happy... happy is an understatement even... =)
for a writer... i can't even find the right words to say it... as no words can bring justice to whatever it is i'm feeling right now...
the poem says it all... =)
